He noted how fellow students, professors, and intellectuals began to succumb to the “ideological contagion” of political fanaticism. Our version also has a dream ballet. AUDITIONS announcement! Switch Theatre Company is AUDITIONS announcement! Switch Theatre Company is holding auditions for its 2025-26 Season. Auditions will be held on SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 21, from 11-5pm at: Studio 101 Joan H Gillings Center for Dramatic Art 120 Country Club Rd, Chapel Hill, NC 27599 Alternatively, actors may submit a video audition, uploaded to YouTube or other video hosting service. To be considered for SITP:AS YOU LIKE IT, please prepare a 30-60 second Shakespeare monologue of your choice, preferably memorized. For other shows, please prepare an appropriate comedic or dramatic monologue in the style of your choosing. In person auditionees may be asked to do cold readings as well. Stipends are available for all roles. For SITP, actors will be mic'ed for all outdoor performances, and receive an additional stipend for travel.
